If, before booking, or 24 hours after doing it with us, you find a lower internet rate than ours, we will respect that lower price and match your reservation.

Steps to follow:

Send us an email to reservas@onhotels.es indicating the following information:

• Price that you have seen on our website or that you have already reserved (in this case you must also indicate your reservation number).
• Cheapest price you have seen and on what page. Remember that it must always be for the same type of room, dates, number of guests, regime and establishment, as well as identical conditions of cancellation, changes, prepayment and all those related to changes to the reservation.
• Attach a screen print of the lower priced offer.

- Claims regarding the price guarantee can only be sent by the person who made the reservation.

The best online price cannot be applied in the following cases:

- At package rates. These rates include the hotel as part of other services such as airfare, transfers, etc.
- At unpublished rates such as: discounted corporate rates, group rates, meeting rates, etc.
- In offline rates (traditional travel agency)
- In rates corresponding to pages that offer payment services by checkbooks.
